4/0 AWG Red Battery Cable Assemblies are made to order. How are they manufactured They are made using UL approved marine cables. The cables are cut to length using a precision cut and strip machine. This allows for accurate and repeatable cuts. After the cable is at the desired length, the next step is terminating the ends. uses a hydraulic-pneumatic crimper to create an unbeatable gas tight crimp. When the terminals are properly crimped, the next step is to add epoxy-lined heat shrink. The heat shrink is used to create a moisture and air tight connection. This process creates superior battery cable assemblies. These assemblies are designed to outlive the battery itself. manufactures 4/0 AWG Red Battery Cable Assemblies with the boater in mind. They are easy to bend and route and offer excellent durability and flexibility. They are also built to withstand the harshest marine conditions possible. They are resistant to Acid, Alkali, Abrasion, Flame, Gasoline, Oil and Moisture.
