2 AWG Black Battery Cable Assemblies are custom made to order. How are they manufactured Well, the process starts by using UL approved marine cable. The cable is cut to the desired length using a precision cut and strip machine. This machine is designed to allow for repeatable and accurate cuts. After the cable is cut to the correct length, terminals are added to the ends.  utilizes a hydraulic-pneumatic crimper that creates an unbeatable gas tight crimp. When the terminals are properly crimped, the final step is adding heat shrink. The epoxy lined heat shrink creates a moisture and airtight connection.  uses this process to create superior 2 AWG black battery cable assemblies. The assemblies are built to outlive the battery itself. The entire process is designed with the boater in mind. These battery cable assemblies are easy to bend and route. They also offer excellent durability and flexibility. 2 AWG black battery cable assemblies are manufactured to withstand the harshest marine conditions. They are resistant to Acid, Alkali, Abrasion, Flame, Gasoline, Oil and Moisture.
