These cables are cut to the proper length by utilizing a precision cut and strip machine. This machine allows for accurate and repeatable cuts. Once the cable has been cut to the desired length, the terminals are added to the ends. uses a hydraulic-pneumatic crimper to create a superior gas tight crimp. After the terminals are crimped, epoxy-lined heat shrink is applied to the assembly. This heat shrink creates an air and moisture tight connection. The production process creates the highest quality 2/0 AWG black battery cable assemblies available.
