This adapter works with Dalcomm G Series headsets with PTT (push to talk) button on the headset. The cord can be used with other models of Dalcomm headsets such as the J series, excluding the aviation models. However this cable does not have a PTT inline so if used with a headset without a PTT, the PTT on the radio itself must be used. It is a coiled cord with radio specific connector on one side and mini XLR plug on the end that plugs into the headset.
