The TD700S Thermodynamic Steam Trap is commonly used as a drip trap on steam mains and supply lines and may also be applied in steam tracing, although thermostatic traps are typically preferred for that purpose. It features an integral strainer and an optional blowdown valve to guard against contamination. The fully replaceable internal mechanism allows for easy in-line maintenance without removing the trap body. Engineered for outdoor use in freezing conditions and suitable for superheated steam environments, the TD700S is forged from steel with full material traceability (MTR), making it particularly well-suited for demanding applications in the petroleum industry.
