Construction:

Conductors: 

Tinned, annealed copper per ASTM B-33 Flexible, rope-lay

Separator: 

A paper tape is applied between the conductor and insulation to facilitate stripping.

Insulation:

Color coded 90°C ozone, oil (60°C) and water resistant (90°C) synthetic rubber (EPDM) ICEA S-75-381

Assembly:

Conductors are assembled flat. An open reinforcement is applied over each conductor.

Jacket: 
Extra heavy duty, oil-resistant thermoset jacket (black) per ICEA S-75-381 for oil and sunlight resistance.
