The Spectra Mini incorporates key features from full-size Spectra dome system into a compact, cost-effective design. Equipped with a high-resolution camera, it can transmit video over coaxial cables or unshielded twisted pair (UTP) wires. When paired with active UTP receivers, the Spectra Mini supports high-quality video transmission over distances of up to 4,000 feet (1,219 meters). Pan/tilt operations can be controlled using controllers, which support D, P, or Coaxitron protocols, while the on-screen programming ensures quick and easy setup of the system's advanced features. The Spectra Mini offers variable speed pan capabilities, ranging from fast motions at 140 degrees per second to a smooth "creep" speed of 0.4 degrees per second. It provides continuous 360-degree rotation, and with the auto-flip feature, the dome can rotate 180 degrees and reposition itself, allowing for seamless tracking of subjects passing directly under its location.
