Description

This electric/pneumatic benchtop automated measuring and cutting system, designed by AMTI, is capable of cutting a wide variety of materials, including wire (up to 10 AWG), heat shrink tubing, rubber hose, braided bus, spiral wrap, multi-conductor cable,and convoluted tubing. While it is ideal for cutting both split and non-split convoluted tubing, it has also proven highly effective for cutting hose, braided bus, multi-conductor cable, and heat shrink tubing.

• Adjustable cutting speed from 5”- 30” per second.
• Easy loading method with adjustable polyurethane feed wheels (Range 0” to 1.5” OD in height by 3” in width) which insures no marking on tubing.
• Adjustable drive tension with three drive wheels and one tracing wheel to enhance pulling action.
• Adjustable entrance and exit chute openings.
• Each “batch” program can contain up to 10 standard programs with or without a pausecycle initiated.
• Measures and cuts in your choice of inches or millimeters.
• Accuracy is within plus or minus 1.0 millimeter (in some cases a pre-feeder may be
required) All air filters and regulators are included.
