Built for Windows platforms, VideoXpert is intuitive and quick to install, allowing operators to easily access and manage video content. VideoXpert is available as a custom hardware solution or software distribution, enabling seamless integration with existing VMS infrastructures. It offers flexible storage options with RAID 6, RAID 5, or JBOD configurations to address varying needs for data retention, redundancy, and fault tolerance. With channel-based licensing, users only pay for the capacity they require. Supporting both unicast and multicast modes, VideoXpert adapts easily to different network configurations. Power 3 Series Server models come with Dell’s iDRAC (Integrated Dell Remote Access Controller) and OpenManage support, enabling administrators to remotely configure and manage servers, reducing the need for on-site access. iDRAC also supports SNMP, providing email alerts and hardware monitoring capabilities. VideoXpert Professional includes VxToolbox, a user-friendly Windows application for rapid configuration of servers and cameras across a network, whether local or remote. VxPro also features predefined roles tailored for typical surveillance needs, making user setup and permission assignment efficient. The VxOpsCenter client software offers a simple interface that requires minimal training, supporting multi-system access to allow a single workstation to manage multiple servers. For enhanced functionality, VxOpsCenter includes modular plugins, such as informational overlays, license plate recognition (LPR), Pelco’s Basic, Enhanced, and Advanced Analytics Suites, and a built-in mapping tool for improved situational awareness. Built on open standards, VideoXpert includes a full API, SDK, and dedicated technical support, making it easy for third-party manufacturers to develop compatible integrations. Administrators can also migrate existing Digital Sentry hardware to VideoXpert Professional, reusing infrastructure and adding VideoXpert’s enhanced capabilities. VideoXpert Professional supports Digital Sentry storage as a recording solution, preserving existing video archives while providing access to VideoXpert’s advanced features.
