Description:

NYM-O is a VDE approved, solid conductor*, gray PVC jacketed, 300/500 volt fixed installation cable. These cables are suitable for use in, on, and under the plaster, Benton, brickwork, and concrete. NYM-O cables should not be used in the direct laying of shaken, vibrated, or compressed concrete. Outdoor usage is only possible as long as the cable is protected against direct sunlight. Usable in the open air, dry, damp, and wet environments. This special color code construction has no green/yellow ground wire.

Construction:

• Single or multiple bare coppers
• Solid strand to VDE-0295 Class-1
• For #6 AWG and up, VDE-0295 Class-2 strand
• PVC (TI1) core insulation
• Color code to VDE-0293-308 - No Ground
• Above 5 cores, color is black w/ white numbers
• Special PVC (TM1) outer jacket
• Gray (RAL 7035)
