Chainflex® Control Cable CF9-UL
Typical application areas
• For heaviest duty applications
• Almost unlimited resistance to oil, also with bio-oils
• Indoor and outdoor applications, UV resistant
• Especially for unsupported travels and gliding travel distances up to 400 m and more
• Storage and retrieval units for high-bay warehouses, machining units/machine tools, quick handling, cleanroom, semiconductor insertion, ship to shore, outdoor cranes, low-temperature applications
Construction:
Conductor: Fine-wire stranded conductor in especially bending-resistant version consisting of bare copper wires (according to DIN EN 60228)
Conductor insulation: Mechanically high-quality TPE mixture
Conductor construction: Conductors stranded in short pitch in one position
Conductor identification: Colour code according to DIN 47100
Inner jacket: TPE mixture suited to the requirements in e-chains®
Unshielded: Yes
Outer jacket: Low-adhesion mixture on the basis of TPE, especially abrasionresistant and highly flexible, adapted to suit the requirements in e-chains®.
Jacket color: Slate grey (comparable RAL 7015)
CFRIP®: Quickly stripping: CFRIP® tear strip at outer jacket

Oil Resistance: Oil resistant (following DIN EN 60811-404), bio-oil resistant (following VDMA 24568 with Plantocut 8 S-MB tested by DEA), Class 4

Silicone-Free: Free from silicone which can affect paint adhesion (following PV 3.10.7 – status 1992)
