Typical application areas:

• For heavy duty applications with 5-7.5 x d
• Maximum EMC protection, with high transmission qualities
• Almost unlimited resistance to oil, also with bio-oils
• Indoor and outdoor applications
• Unsupported travel distances and up to 100 m for gliding applications (horizontal + vertical)
• Storage and retrieval units, machining units/packaging machines, quick handling, semi-conductor assembly, refrigeration sector

Construction:

• Conductor: 50/125 μm, 62.5/125 μm special fixed wire elements with aramide strain relief.

• Conductor Identification: FOC-cores: Orange, blue or yellow with black numerals. Copper cores black with white numerals.

• Overall Shield: Extremely bending-resistant aramid braid for torsion protection.

• Outer Jacket: Low-adhesion mixture on the basis of TPE, especially abrasionresistant and highly flexible, adapted to suit the requirements in e-chains®

• Jacket Color: Jet black (similar to RAL 9005)

• UV Resistance: High
• Oil Resistance: Oil-resistant according to DIN EN 60811-404, resistant to organic oils according to VDMA 24568 with Plantocut 8 S-MB by DEA
• Silicone-free: Free from silicon which can affect paint adhesion (according to PV 3.10.7 – status 1992).
• Halogen-free: Following EN 60754
• Lead-free: Following 2011/65/EU (RoHS-II)
• Cleanroom: According to ISO Class 1. Outer jacket material complies with CF9.15.07, tested by IPA according to standard 14644-1
• CE: Following 2014/35/EU
