You guys did an excellent job of responding to the shipping of the wrong item. Thank you for your timely response.

As to the purchase order issue, better communication may have resulted in a better customer experience. The delay was difficult to resolve mostly due to the lack of internal NNC ownership of the issue. Many folks played a role in the resolution of the problem but I didn’t have a single point of contact for NNC.

ELECTRICAL WATERTIGHT ENCLOSURE IN ABS UV-RESISTANT IP 65        

• Connect to the new line of NEOBOX thermoplastic control panels. Produced in ABS with protection against ultraviolet rays (UV), guaranteeing a longer useful life for the product installed in external areas. Metal bends guarantee greater mechanical rigidity and have impervious pins that allow quick removal/inversion of the door. The dates, also metallic, are outside the box seal, making it impossible for solid or liquid particles to enter and can be easily replaced by models with a Yale key without the use of tools. The NEOBOX still has a system for adjusting the installation height of one or more mounting plates, in addition to the protective mirror. NEOBOX: the true innovation to assemble and protect equipment. Meets NBR IEC 61439.
