The SIP Call Button provides a convenient one-touch solution to initiate a call to an IP phone or broadcast a page announcement. It can be installed under a desk, on a wall, or in another discreet location. Upon activation, the button automatically dials a preset phone number or extension. Upon connection, it broadcasts a pre-recorded audio message that can be customized by an administrator according to the specific needs of the site. In environments using Singlewire InformaCast, the SIP Call Button functions as a third-party SIP endpoint within the Cisco Call Manager framework. When the button is pressed, it places a call through Cisco Call Manager, which is then recognized by Singlewire InformaCast software, triggering a specified event. CyberData is recognized for having an extensive list of IP PBX servers that are certified to work with its VoIP products.
