The Cisco IP Phone 6800 Key Expansion Module (KEM) enhances the functionality of the Cisco IP Phone 6851 by providing additional buttons. This module includes 14 physical buttons and allows access to 14 more buttons through the page buttons, totaling 28 buttons. The KEM supports the Programmable Line Key (PLK) feature, though it does not support SIP registrations. While calls can be monitored and answered using the PLK function, calls cannot be initiated from the KEM.
