The Viking C-4000 converts any four touch-tone phones into multi-number auto dialers, storing up to 250 telephone numbers in non-volatile memory Compatible with Viking’s K-1700-3 or K-1900-8 phones, it provides vandal-resistant handsfree or handset communication for apartment or office entry points When a call from the C-4000 is answered, tenants can activate a built-in contact closure via touch tones to control an electric gate or door strike.

The system also supports up to 250 programmable door entry codes for keyless access, and optional Viking proximity readers can be added for card or fob entry.
