Belden 4855R Applications:

Belden's 4855R is a precision video cable designed for 12G-SDI applications. The "12G-SDI" denotes 12 Gbit/s Serial Digital Interface, which is used for the transmission of uncompressed, raw video streams, primarily in professional broadcast applications. Besides broadcast, the cable is suitable for portable rigs, trucks, and other setups that benefit from a smaller, more flexible form factor without compromising on signal quality.

The 4855R is designed to transmit 12 Gbps signals, which is necessary for 4K Ultra High Definition (UHD) video. The temperature rating is -30°C to +75°C.
