Applications:

TELCOFLEX is a durable and flexible electrical wire designed for telecommunications and power distribution in conducts and cable trays systems. It is used in cell towers, data centers, and CATV. The electrical wire is suitable for use in temperatures up to 90°C in dry conditions and up to 60°C in wet conditions. TELCOFLEX III Central Office Power Cable is rated at 600 volts.

Conductors:

The cable comes with a class B stranded tinned copper conductor, according to ASTM B-33 and ASTM B-8. For easier stripping, the conductors are covered with opaque mylar tape that acts as a separator.

Insulation:

The cable is known for its environmentally friendly low-smoke, lead-free, and silicone-free non-halogenated insulation named TelcoHyde 5221. It reduces the emission of toxins and harmful gases. The insulation has a limited oxygen index of 35 percent. TelcoHyde 5221 is resistant to smoke, flames, impact, abrasion, chemicals, acids, and halogens. The insulation is covered with a cotton braid with a saturant that makes it resistant to moisture and flames.
