Description:

The Start International ZCM1000NS electronic tape dispenser for double-sided, VHB Tapes and similar tapes automatically cuts and advances predefined tape lengths, and is suitable for medium to high production of repetitive taping in industrial applications. A special non-stick advancement roller handles double-sided, VHB and other high-tack tapes. The preset lengths of 51/64" to 39" (20mm to 999mm) can be overridden for a custom cut, and then returned to the auto feed settings. The feed roller pressure can be adjusted for tape thickness. The guillotined cut provides a straight edge to the dispensed tape. This dispenser has an estimated blade life is 200,000 cuts, depending upon the type of tape material. The cut length tolerance is 0.04" (1mm). It is made for double-sided and VHB tape.
