Description
The FCH-350 Series fixed-temperature/rate-of-rise heat detectors are designed for use in environments where high-heat-output fires are likely or where ambient conditions make other detection methods unsuitable. These detectors feature a thermistor-based heat-sensing element housed within a rugged plastic guard that protects it from physical damage. Each unit includes dual power/alarm LEDs, providing 360° visual status indication. The detector responds rapidly to sudden temperature changes. If the temperature rises by more than 12°F (6.7°C) per minute, it triggers an immediate alarm, activating the red LEDs, which remain latched to signal an alarm condition.
