Application:

Copper Clad Steel (CCS) High Strength Tracer Wire is made for directional drilling/boring or similar applications that require high strength. The wire is made of high strength copper clad steel conductor with a high density high molecular weight polyethylene insulation that has excellent abrasion, crush, chemical, oil and moisture resistance. Suitable for direct burial or use with plastic pipe to aid in the detection and tracing of underground utility lines for gas, water, sewer, and telecommunication systems. The temperature rating is -25°F to 75°F.
