Application:

Instrumentation cable with global screen and armored suitable for installation in industrial plants. For interiors and exteriors, in cabinets, ducts, trays or directly buried. UV resistant, flame retardant, hydrocarbon resistant and excellent mechanical protection. Conforms to CE low voltage regulation and free of hazardous substances according to RoHS.

Design:

• Polished copper conductor, semi-rigid Class 2 (Sumline) or flexible Class 5 (Sumflex), according to EN 60228
• Cross-linked polyethylene insulation (XLPE 90ºC)
• Conductor identification in black and white numbered (also available in other colors on request)
• Wiring in pairs with optimal twisting pitch to block interference
•  Plastic tape protection wrapping the wiring assembly
•  Electromagnetic protection shield, made of Alu/Mylar tape, wrapping the assembly and with a minimum overlap of 50%
• Tinned copper shield continuity wire, 7 fine wires
• Plastic tape protection under seat
• Internal seat in special PVC, flame retardant and resistant to hydrocarbons
• Galvanized steel wire reinforcement, minimum coverage of 90%
• Special PVC outer sheath, flame retardant, resistant to UV rays and hydrocarbons
• Available in black, gray or blue (intrinsically safe)
