Switched Rack Power Distribution Units (PDUs) provide advanced, user-customizable power control and active monitoring. Remote outlet-level controls enable power on/off functionality for rebooting equipment remotely and restricting unauthorized access to individual outlets. Power sequencing time delays allow users to define the order in which devices power up or down, preventing circuit overloads.
Real-time current metering offers remote monitoring of connected loads, with user-defined alarms to warn of potential overloads. Users can access, configure, and control Switched Rack PDUs through MODBUS, seamlessly integrating with centralized management platforms for data center operations, capacity planning, and energy efficiency. The AP3000 series includes real power monitoring, a temperature/humidity sensor port, and locking IEC receptacles for enhanced reliability.
