Description

The Chemtrol® flush socket reducer bushing is an injection molded Chem-Pure® natural polypropylene (PP) thermoplastic fitting. Natural color Chem-Pure® fittings are used with deionized water systems, clean chemical processes, pharmaceutical operations and food processing. The Chemtrol flush socket reducer bushing features a male end (spigot) and a female thermo-seal socket connection used to join piping lengths together. Chemtrol PP fittings are lightweight, easy to install and maintenance-free. Chemtrol® Chem-Pure® polypropylene exhibits extremely low content of metals, organic compounds, and free ions. No pigments or other adulterants (natural) are added to the plastic resin. Chem-Pure® natural polypropylene demonstrates excellent chemical resistance properties, including aqueous solutions of acids, alkalis and salts, and a number of organic solvents.
