About:
The WT4000 is a high-capacity thermostatic steam trap designed to efficiently remove condensate and air from large-scale process applications. Built for reliability and ease of maintenance, it allows full in-line repair without removing the trap body. Like other thermostatic traps, the WT4000 is compact, lightweight, and capable of operating across a wide pressure range while offering excellent air-handling performance. Its ability to discharge air at startup enables rapid steam entry, enhancing system efficiency. Constructed entirely from corrosion-resistant stainless steel, the WT4000 also offers an optional integral strainer to protect against debris. A precision-welded stainless steel thermal element ensures exceptional durability and water hammer resistance, making it a robust and dependable solution for demanding environments.
