Description:

The Onken Grease Tanks are constructed from heavy-duty 12-gauge steel and finished with a durable black powder coating to ensure long-lasting performance while resisting chipping and corrosion. Each tank features a spacious 19" x 14" pour opening with a locking/sliding screen, allowing for easy product disposal while maintaining security.

Features:

• Grind Chamber: Corrosion-resistant stainless steel construction for durability and long-lasting performance.

• Mounting System: A 3/4" rubber mounting system located above the grinding chamber isolates sound and minimizes vibration. The mounting assembly is enclosed in chrome-plated covers for improved sanitation and appearance.

• Motor: 1 HP induction motor operating at 1725 RPM, totally enclosed to protect against external moisture. Controlled power airflow cools the motor for enhanced efficiency and extended service life. Includes built-in thermal overload protection.

• Cutting Elements: Stationary and rotating shredding components are made from cast nickel-chrome alloy for exceptional durability and corrosion resistance. Designed for reverse-action grinding to improve performance and reduce jams.

• Main Bearings: Double-tapered Timken roller bearings provide superior shock absorption and smooth operation.

• Motor Seals: Triple-lip seal protects the motor against water intrusion. A secondary spring-loaded oil seal offers added protection against water damage and grease loss.
