How do you distinguish between P.V.C and T.R.S. type of cables?

  • Hello. I have a question:  How do you distinguish between P.V.C and T.R.S. type of cables? I would like some tips about it please.

    Thanks.

  • Hello Carolina :)

Both cables have different appliances and structures. PVC cables are used for power transmission and have a polyvinyl chloride sheath. They have multiple insulated conductors and are used in electrical applications. TRS cables are audio cables with a cylindrical shape and flexible jacket. They have three conductors that are the tip, ring, and sleeve. Also, they are used for audio signal transmission in instruments and audio devices.
