A 1,000 Dive Light

I bought this light Sun Light SL4 in 1969. I have used it on well over 1,000 dives. Six of the dives were on the Andrea Doria. The dive is usually planed for 200'. On one trip we decided to go stand on the bottom...250'. It quadfourpeled the Deco Time. The water is clear but DARK! This light has never failed to perform. However, it is showing it's age, just like it's owner. The ring in the bulb housing is worn and no longer makes contact with the copper strip that runs from the Negative end of the lower battery. I truly hope you have this part. I could just buy a new one....but it just wouldn't be the same. PS: my Weapons Systems Officer (WSO) who sat behind me in my F-4 coined the quadfourpeled term for when we went from 100 pounds of fuel per minute at a 450 knot cruise speed to over 50 pounds per second in Full Afterburner pushing mach 2! I texted the Pix
