The SD429-SMW-1 from is a Spectra IV SE Indoor Dome Camera System in white, consisting of three main components: the BB4-SMW Surface Mount White Back Box, DD429 Dome Drive, and LD53SMW-1 Lower Dome with a clear bubble. The BB4-SMW Surface Mount White Back Box comes with built-in memory, which stores camera and location-specific settings such as labels, presets, patterns, and zones. For easy video transmission, a passive UTP circuit is built into the door assembly, allowing use with twisted pair wires. Additionally, fiber modules can be attached for video transmission over single-mode or multimode fiber. The LD53SMW-1 Lower Dome with Clear Bubble ensures an optimal optical relationship between the lens and the bubble, delivering crystal-clear video, especially at longer focal lengths. The Spectra IV SE system offers various software enhancements that enhance performance and simplify configuration. These include an internal scheduling clock to automate presets and patterns, window blanking to define up to eight user-configurable privacy areas, and password protection to restrict unauthorized access. Additionally, a configurable on-screen compass and tilt display provide positional information, and the system supports multilingual menus in languages like English, Spanish, Portuguese, Italian, French, German, Russian, Polish, Turkish, and Czech. The optional TXB-N module enables IP network capability for the Spectra IV dome system without sacrificing analog functionality. By installing the TXB-N module, users can stream network video to a Web browser, Endura, Digital Sentry, or third-party software, making the system adaptable to nearly any IP-based platform.
