Supporting both unicast and multicast transmission modes, VideoXpert adapts easily to different network setups. Power 3 Series Server models are equipped with Dell’s iDRAC (Integrated Dell Remote Access Controller) and OpenManage tools, allowing administrators to configure and monitor servers remotely, minimizing the need for physical access. iDRAC also supports SNMP for hardware monitoring and email alerts, enhancing system management. VideoXpert Professional includes VxToolbox, a Windows-based application designed to simplify network configuration for servers and cameras, whether locally or remotely. VxPro also provides predefined roles that streamline user setup and permissions assignments, enhancing ease of use. The VxOpsCenter client software offers a simple interface, requiring minimal training, and supports multi-system access, enabling one workstation to control multiple servers. VxOpsCenter supports modular plugins that add advanced features such as informational overlays, license plate recognition (LPR), Pelco’s Basic, Enhanced, and Advanced Analytics Suites, and an integrated mapping tool to improve situational awareness. Built on open standards, VideoXpert includes a comprehensive API, SDK, and dedicated technical support, making it compatible with third-party systems. Administrators can also migrate existing Digital Sentry hardware to VideoXpert Professional, extending the life of current infrastructure and gaining access to VideoXpert’s enhanced features. Furthermore, VideoXpert Professional can utilize Digital Sentry storage hardware for recording, preserving archived video while providing access to VideoXpert’s expanded functionality.
