ExtIO Extension Module For All MOBOTIX Cameras. The ExtIO Weatherproof extension for all MOBOTIX cameras (excluding Basic models) features a robust housing made of fiber-reinforced plastic PBT-GF30 and offers multiple functionalities. It is powered by PoE (Class 2, IEEE 802.3af) or USB (with the connection cable to be ordered separately) and includes a microphone and speaker, line-in and line-out capabilities, a PIR sensor for motion detection, a temperature sensor, two buttons (e.g., for lights or doorbell), and two galvanically separated inputs and outputs. The device has a protection class of IP65 and can operate in temperatures ranging from -30 to 60°C (-22 to 140°F). It can be mounted on a wall or ceiling using MOBOTIX mounting accessories (to be ordered separately) and connects via network or USB.
