The K-1700-3 is a durable, handsfree speaker phone designed for apartment and residential door entry applications. It features microphone and speaker volume controls, auto answer for monitoring, and automatic hang-up with intelligent call progress detection. Pressing the "Call" button returns a dial tone, allowing any number to be dialed. The phone disconnects automatically if no input is detected or by pressing the "Call" button again. It can be flush mounted or surface mounted with optional boxes. For outdoor use, the K-1700-3-EWP version offers enhanced weather protection.
