The FUMS-GFX8 from Pelco is an 8-port unmanaged Ethernet switch designed to transmit and receive 10/100/1000BASE-T(X) or 1000FX data through user-selectable Small Form-Factor Pluggable (SFP) transceivers (sold separately). Its plug-and-play design ensures easy installation without requiring electrical or optical adjustments. The modular design allows for either wall or rack mounting, providing flexibility in deployment. LED indicators display real-time operating status and key parameters for monitoring. This switch is built to operate in extreme environments, making it ideal for demanding applications. The FUMS-GFX8 requires external power, which can be supplied through the recommended FEXTPS fiber external power supply. With its optical transmission capabilities, this switch is perfect for supporting Ethernet-compatible IP camera surveillance in transportation systems, airports, and college campuses.
