To help identify polarity, we added a positive (+) symbol to one of the conductors. This insulation is made to be flexible which makes installation easy. How do you use 18 AWG speaker wire You start by selecting the correct gauge. The gauge can be determined by figuring how long the wire needs to be. It's a good idea to always add a few extra feet.
