Best cables for CCTV

  Hello,

  I need to put a CCTV 2nd view downstairs with an already premade cat5e wire, what is the best way to do this? Any advice? All I have left is a VGA port on the Reolink NVR but the 2nd TV only has an HDMI port. I want to use the prewired cat5e wire too.

  Hello. An HDMI over Cat5e/6 extender like the KVM Console Extender allows you to leverage the prewired Cat5e wire to extend the HDMI signal. This works well for distances up to 100 feet or more, and it is a convenient way to connect the NVR to a TV that does not have an HDMI port.
