The TD600 thermodynamic steam traps are primarily used in drip applications, including the drainage of condensate from steam mains and supply lines, and are also suitable for steam tracing systems. Designed for outdoor installations, they perform reliably in both freezing conditions and superheated steam environments. For applications requiring an integral strainer, the TD600S model is recommended. If a fully in-line repairable design is preferred, the TD700S or the UTD450 with a Universal Quick Change connector are suitable alternatives.
