The PVC jacket helps 6 AWG Duplex Boat Cable with flexibility and prevents moisture or air build up. How does it do that Well, during the extrusion process, the voids between wires are completely filled. This leaves no room for air or moisture to accumulate. To make installation easier, a talcum powder coating is applied to the interior wires. This coating allows for easy removal of the outer jacket.
