4 AWG Red Battery Cable Assemblies are custom made to order. How are they made Well, the process starts by using UL approved marine cables. The cables are cut to length using a precision cut and strip machine. The machine allows for accurate and repeatable cuts. Once the cable has been cut to the proper length, the ends are terminated. utilizes a hydraulic-pneumatic crimper to create a superior gas tight crimp. After the terminals are crimped, epoxy-lined heat shrink is added. This heat shrink is used to create a moisture and airtight connection. This process creates the highest quality 4 AWG Red battery cable assemblies available. These assemblies are designed so that they outlive the battery itself. manufactures these assemblies with the boater in mind. They are made to be easy to bend and route and offer excellent flexibility and durability. They are built to withstand the harshest marine conditions possible.
