The N2XSY stranded bare copper shield polyester tape XLPE PVC medium voltage cable is a specialized type of electrical cable.
Also Known As:
N2XSY is a designation that typically indicates the materials and construction style of the cable. It usually stands for a cable with copper conductors, XLPE insulation, and PVC sheath.
Application:
• Medium voltage cable with XLPE insulated copper conductor, screen and PVC outer sheath in voltage class 6/10, 12/20kV and 18/30kV.
• For fixed installation in the ground, in water, outdoors, indoors and in cable ducts for power stations, industrial applications and distribution networks. The good installation properties of this cable make installation easy, even on difficult routes.
• According to VDE 0276-603, these cables must be protected from sunlight.
