The Cisco IP Conference Phone 8832 offers a simple, flexible, and scalable solution suitable for a wide range of room sizes. The base unit alone provides 360-degree coverage for any 20x20-foot room, accommodating up to 10 participants. With the optional wired extension microphone kit, it extends coverage to any 20x34-foot room for up to 22 participants. The optional wireless extension microphone kit, utilizing Digital Enhanced Cordless Telecommunications (DECT) technology, covers any 20x40-foot room and supports up to 26 participants. When two 8832 units are daisy-chained with the optional wireless extension microphone kit, it can cover a 20x57-foot room for up to 42 participants. This makes it an ideal choice for executive offices, conference rooms, and boardrooms.
