About:

• The Bare Copper Shield PE TC Drain Armoured 300/500V PVC Instrumentation Cable is a robust and versatile cable designed for signal transmission in demanding industrial environments. It features five pairs (5P) of 0.5mm² bare copper conductors, insulated with polyethylene (PE), and shielded with an aluminum/polyester tape and a tinned copper (TC) drain wire. The cable is armored for additional mechanical protection and has a durable PVC outer jacket. This cable is rated for 300/500 volts, making it suitable for medium voltage applications.

• 100mm maximum pair lay length (minimum 10 twists per metre).
• Binder Tape: p.e.t.p. tape 50% overlap.
• Collective Screen: tinned copper drain wire(s) under and in contact with aluminium/p.e.t.p. laminated tape applied metallic side down.
• Polythene bedding Type 2C or 03 to BS6234
• Mild galvanised steel wires to BS EN10257-1.
• Outer Sheath: PVC outer sheath Type TM.1 to BS EN 50363-4-1
• Flame retardant to BS EN 60332-3-24 & IEC60332-3-24 Category C (NMV1.5).
• Voltage Rating: 300/500V.
• Temperature Rating: 65°C maximum conductor operating temperature.
