Description:

Perfect for use in HVAC, environmental studies, hazardous spill clean-ups, electrostatic precipitators, and all types of airflow measurements. Based on the principle that a freely turning turbine will rotate at a speed directly proportional to the wind speed. One-piece construction with a built-in probe. Select readout in any of 5 scales: meters/second (0.4 to 30), feet per minute (80 to 5900), miles per hour (0.9 to 68), knots (0.8 to 58), or kilometers per hour (1.4 to 108).

Simultaneously displays temperature in °C or °F. Advanced features include hold, min/max, a USB computer interface, auto power off, low battery indicator, and a large LCD with dual display and audible beeps when buttons are pressed. In order to connect this model to a computer to stream data, you will need the USB Cable and Data Acquisition Software. Comes ready to use in a hard carrying case with one 9V battery.
