Description:

FLEX-TC-CY is a flexible, oil-resistant, shielded, UV-resistant industrial grade tray power cable rated 600/1000V for all tool and plant construction machinery. It is recommended for under-ground installation and open, unprotected installation from the cable tray to the machine and in industrial plants.  Suitable in dry, damp and wet environments, outdoors and in pipes.

Construction:

• Bare copper conductor, fine wire stranded with AWG dimensions
• Special PVC core insulation with transparent nylon skin
• Black cores with continuous white numbering
• Green-yellow ground wire in outer layer (only products with 3 conductors or more)
• Cores stranded in layers with optimal lay-lengths
• Separating foil
• Braided screening of tinned copper wires, coverage approx. 85%
• Specially formulated TPE outer jacket
• Jacket color – black (RAL 9005)
• Sequential footage marking
• Extremely oil-resistant
• UV-resistant
