Description:

FLEX-OB is our most standard PVC, flexible, oil-resistant, multi-conductor power and control cable designed for use in all electrical equipment in dry, damp, or wet conditions. The FLEX-OB construction offers the new European VDE-0293-308 color code with no green/yellow ground wire. For use in flexible and stationary applications under medium mechanical stress with free movement without any tensile stress, load, or forced movements. Common applications include connections and control to CNC machines, machine tools, control systems, assembly lines, control panel to machine connections, grinding machines, and bottling equipment. Found in plant engineering, paint shops, power stations, and refrigeration plants. Outdoor installation is not permitted.

• Fine bare copper strands
• Strands to VDE-0295 Class-5, IEC 60228 Cl-5
• Special PVC core insulation
• Color code VDE-0293-308
• For 6 cores and up, use the OB Full Color chart
• No ground wire
• PVC outer jacket - gray (RAL 7001)
• Extremely oil & chemical resistant
