The FRV10D1A2M1ST Fiber Receiver is designed for the simultaneous transmission of multiple signal types over a single optical fiber. It supports one bidirectional video channel, one bidirectional data channel, two bidirectional audio channels, and one bidirectional contact closure. This unit is available in multimode versions and features a two-slot wide design. For audio transmission, the receiver provides two bidirectional 24-bit (96 kHz) audio signals with superior digital encoding for balanced line-level audio. The data channel offers flexible communication options, supporting RS-232, RS-422, RS-485 (2-wire/4-wire), Manchester, and Bi-Phase protocols. The plug-and-play setup ensures ease of installation without the need for electrical or optical adjustments. The modular design allows for both rack-mounted installation (using the EURACK/USRACK chassis) or standalone placement. No wall mount kit is required for wall installations, and external power is necessary, which can be supplied by the recommended FEXTPS fiber external power supply.
