EHS-CCS Extra High Strength Tracer Wire 30V-600V
Application:
Copper Clad Steel (CCS) Extra High Strength Tracer Wire is made for directional drilling/boring or similar applications that require extra high strength. The wire is made of extra high strength copper clad steel conductor with a high density high molecular weight polyethylene insulation that is excellent for abrasion, crush, chemical, oil and moisture resistance. The wire is suitable for direct burial or use with plastic pipe to aid in the detection and tracing of underground utility lines for gas, water, sewer, and telecommunication systems. The temperature rating is -25°F to 75°F.
Conductors:
Solid copper-clad steel conductor with hard drawn high carbon 1055 grade steel (EHS-CCS), 21% conductivity
Insulation:
High density high molecular weight polyethylene (HDHMWPE), 30 Volt rated
