The NYCWY Eca cable is designed for power and control applications. It's typically used for electricity supply in low voltage installation systems. The "Eca" in its name indicates its Euroclass fire performance according to the Construction Products Regulation (CPR).

Application:

• PVC insulated and shielded high-current cables 0.6/1kV with copper conductors, suitable for fixed installation.

• Application, for example, as a power and control cable for fixed, visible mounting, attached by means of brackets or on raised saddles. Can be used directly in soil or concrete, or in specially designed tubes, gutters or channels. Suitable for use in damp areas and can also be installed under unfavorable conditions, such as elevated ambient temperatures, and in cable bundles.

Construction:

• Conductor: Copper: ≤16mm² Round solid (rm), 25mm² round stranded (rs), from 35mm² sector-shaped stranded (svs)
• Insulation: Polyvinyl Chloride (PVC)
• Veins: Folded together and filled into a round whole
• Inner Jacket: Unvulcanized rubber, plastic tape
• Braiding: Round copper wires in a wave pattern with a counter spiral of copper tape
• Outer Sheath: Polyvinyl Chloride (PVC)
