Applications:

Belden Single Triad Bare Copper Foil Shield PVC Insulation 300V PLTC Cable is a power-limited tray cable. The cable is perfect for low-voltage applications as it is rated 300 V. This electrical cable is used in direct burial applications, moisture, air-tight applications, and punishing environments requiring 150v or five amps current. Per NEC, it is approved to be used in cable tray use in Class 1, Division 2, hazardous areas and non-hazardous areas, cable trays, raceways, conduit, and supported by messenger wires. As an option, PLTC-ER (Exposed Run) and ITC-ER ratings with the impact requirements of UL Type MC cable.

Construction:

Conductor: 

Tinned copper conductors with a superior resistance to corrosion and excellent conductivity or bare copper conductors. The conductors are twisted.

Insulation:

An orange PVC insulation is resistant to sunlight, moisture, and vapor penetration with a nylon ripcord.

Jacket:

The PVC jacket is water-tight, sturdy, flexible, UV-resistant, abrasion-resistant, and durable.
