Description:
ULTRAFLEX-CP is a polyurethane, high flex, heavy-duty, oil-resistant, overall shielded, continuous flex multiconductor power chain cable. Designed for medium mechanical stress and movements in dry, damp and harsh condition areas. These special cables provide increased flex life and resistance to mineral oils, cutting fluids and heavy mechanical abuse. Applications commonly found in gantry robots, cable tracks, pick & place units, conveyor systems, machine tools, automated handling equipment, body presses and transfer lines. The UL/CSA/CE approvals make this cable ideal for import and export to and from North American and European markets. Designed for up to 5 million bending change cycles in power chains when traveling under 10 meters (30 feet). The tinned copper braid shield provides disturbance-free transmissions of signals and impulses with added EMI protection. The rugged black PUR jacket adds high abrasion and tear resistance, adhesion-free qualities and UV-resistance allowing for outdoor installations within the noted temperature ranges
