This type of cable is designed with a single bare copper (BC) conductor and insulated with Low Smoke Zero Halogen (LSZH) material. It is categorized under the H05Z-K1 2491B specification, suitable for use at voltages up to 300/500V. Being flexible, it is commonly employed in applications where space is a constraint, and the safety is paramount, thanks to its LSZH insulation which emits minimal smoke and toxic fumes when exposed to fire.

• Conductors: Flexible Class 5 copper conductors to BS EN 60228
• Insulation: Low smoke zero halogen thermosetting insulation

- Minimum oxygen index: 30%
- Maximum HCL Emission @ 800°C: 0.5%
• Flame retardant to BS EN 60332-2-2 (up to and incl. 1.0mm2) and BS EN 60332-1-2 (above 1.0mm2)
